What is it ?

Till now, we relied on founders and other ecosystem players to tell us about the amazing ideas they are pursuing and how it would disrupt some industry or another. We thought, why not let everyone tell us about it. The program as the name suggests allows anyone to refer an early stage startup – any product / service they love and earn windfall amounts if the fund ends up investing in them

You could be the guinea pig tester, a customer, an employee, mentor, a college friend, a hostel wingy, ex colleague, neighbor chai Walla – anyone who has tried and tested the product / service and think it has the potential to become the next big thing.

What are we looking for ?

It could be anything – right from a new consumer app, a new paper boat or a bira, a B2B IOT platform, an AI assistant. Anything which makes your life simple, fun, more productive. In B2B scenario as well, anything which improves business productivity, increases sales, reduces costs. You could refer to our investment themes also for your reference.

Please DO NOT just share ideas with us. There should at least be a working prototype and hopefully shouldn’t have raised too much money already

What do you get in return ?

If we invest in the entity, we will give you a “50.05” .In plain English, this means you get an upfront INR 50,000 (Fifty Thousand) and a 0.5% Carry. (Carry is basically a share of profits)
For example :

  • If the fund invests INR 2 Cr in a company and we get INR 10 Cr in return.
  • Profits made is 8 Cr (10 Cr- 2 Cr)
  • 0.5% carry on 8 Cr is Rs 4 Lakhs.
  • So your net payoff is Rs 4.5 Lakhs (50 Thousand upfront + 4L on exit) for just letting us know about the startup. If we lose the money, you still get INR 50,000 upfront cash so you have nothing to lose.

What do you need to do ?

  • Fill the form. Basically, tell us a bit about yourself and the product/service you like. The more detailed you write, the easier it will be for us to go through the list and work on it.

  • Note : To prevent spamming , we are limiting to 3 entries in a month per person so make sure you submit only the good ones

    Frequent Questions

    • If multiple people tell about this product , Who gets the share of the pie ?

      First come first serve, we record timestamp for each entry in our database. The first person eligible will get it

    • What if you deny me the share saying you had already seen the company ? – Or found about it from someone else.

      You will have to trust the fund on this one, or if you have any other intelligent way to solve this, do write to us.
