The program is aimed at constantly bringing in fresh inflow of ideas and enthusiasm into the fund and challenge every bit of our thinking and knowledge. If you think you are up for it, keep on reading
The program is a 6 month full time program aimed to give the fellows a full taste of what happens in a VC fund. You’ll be responsible for working deeply on couple of sectors of your interest, get your hands dirty with everything under the sun, work with our portfolio companies, lead the deals we are working on, network with other funds and stakeholders.
It is however not a part time role. Given the program is for 6 months only, we would want the fellow to jump into the deep end of the pool on day 1. The program is not designed to lead to a full time offer post the program but is intended to bring fresh thought and perspective in the fund. The program will also not make you rich and offers a decent stipend only to cover your typical expenses but we can assure you that the learning would be worth a lifetime.
Qualifications
- Graduate / Post Graduate from a Tier I school
- Minimum 2 years of work experience
- A different way of thinking than ours
- Energy which can put Red Bull to shame
- Based out of Delhi / Bangalore
