Mr. SalilMusale is the Executive Director of Astarc Group and Astarc Ventures. As a director, Mr. Musale currently works with multiple group companies for improving business performance through financial and operational analysis. He leads the group’s diversification into new areas of growth both in India and abroad. Prior to joining Astarc Group, Mr. Musale worked with A.T. Kearney where he was involved in project management and business analysis for various clients.

Mr. Kishore Musale is the Founder and Chairman of Astarc Group, founded in 1987, a diversified group with interests in multiple industries. As Chairman of the Group, he oversees the group companies in Automotive graphics, Retail display and imaging solutions, Mining, Real estate, Power, Ports, IT enabled services in India, East Africa, USA, and Indonesia. He leverages his close relationships with professors from universities like Harvard, Wharton, and Kellogg to advice the group companies.

Anand leads Finance Function at Astarc Group. At Astarc Ventures, Anand oversees Finance, Legal, Tax, and Fund reporting. Anand has over 18 years’ of Finance Treasury & transaction advisory experience. He has successfully executed several complex assignments, including negotiation, vetting legal documents, coordinating due diligence, tax and regulatory structuring and transaction closing. He also has vast fundraising experience from leading Banks & NBFCs like KKR, Avendus, and Tata Capital. He has helped Startups Cos to set up their finance function & raise Growth capital for their expansion. He has been involved in devising & executing M&A & Cross-border Business restructuring strategies for Group.
He has previously worked in various industries, including Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Capital goods & FMEG etc.
Anand is a Chartered Accountant & based out of Mumbai.

Gaurang is responsible for investments, portfolio and exit management at Astarc Ventures. With over nine years of experience spanning across profiles such as mergers & acquisitions and corporate strategy, Gaurang has worked extensively on both domestic and international deals. Prior to Astarc Group, Gaurang was associated with the TATA Group and PwC. He was chosen for Blue Mint, a TATA group young leadership program conducted in association with the London School of Business.
